[External Opportunities: Webinar] Bridging the Gap in Motorcycle Helmet Use

The Uganda Road Accident Reduction Network Organization (URRENO) is pleased to invite you to an upcoming online road safety session under the theme “Bridging the Gap in Motorcycle Helmet Use”, taking place on Wednesday, 30 September 2026.

The session is being organised as part of URRENO's Local Action initiative powered by YOURS and will bring together young people, road safety practitioners, researchers, civil society organisations and other stakeholders to discuss practical approaches to improving motorcycle helmet use, with particular attention to the disparity in helmet use between riders and passengers.

The discussion will highlight key findings and recommendations from our initiative and explore practical measures that can help address barriers to passenger helmet use and promote safer motorcycle mobility.
