The Local Actions selected this year stood out among exceptional proposals from around the world. Each Local Action will receive funding, mentorship, and advocacy support to address local road safety challenges through one or more of the 2025 key themes: Sustainable, Inclusive and Active Mobility (SIAM), motorcycle safety, and speed reduction.

Led by young changemakers from the Global Youth Coalition, Local Actions will be implemented over the course of one year to help make streets safer, more inclusive, and climate-friendly.
