LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE

The Global Youth Coalition for Road Safety is a journey that brings multiple opportunities to the members in their commitment to real change in the global, regional, and local road safety and sustainability field or the broader development agenda. The members experience different stages, from joining the movement until they are ready to continue taking action in other spaces.

The Leadership Structures within the Youth Coalition are intricately linked to the Membership Journey, representing an essential part of the member's pathway. These structures provide a framework to take active part in the movement, allowing members to cultivate their leadership by offering their skills, expertise, and passion toward the shared goals and objectives by taking influential roles and responsibilities.

The structure goes from members, talent pool, SDG Champions, regional leaders, to the Youth Leadership Board or YLB.
