LEADERSHIP STRUCTUREs
The Global Youth Coalition for Road Safety is a journey that brings multiple opportunities to the members in their commitment to real change in the global, regional, and local road safety and sustainability field and the broader development agenda. The members experience different stages, from joining the movement until they are ready to continue taking action in other spaces.
The Leadership Structures within the Youth Coalition are intricately linked to the Membership Journey, representing an essential part of the member's pathway. These structures provide a framework for members to take an active part in the movement, allowing them to cultivate leadership by offering their skills, expertise, and passion toward the shared goals and objectives, and by taking on influential roles and responsibilities.
The structures include members, Regional Leaders and the Youth Leadership Board (YLB). After completing their journey as Coalition members and reaching the age of 36, leaders can choose to join the Coalition’s Alumni Network to continue engaging with the organisation.
