TALENT POOL

The Talent pool is a group of young members of the Global Youth Coalition for Road Safety who have expressed further interest in having a more active participation in the opportunities and activities we are promoting at the Youth Coalition. They have shown proactivity and commitment to making youth voices heard in road safety at global and/or local levels. 

The Talent Pool keeps members close to opportunities related to funding, event participation, capacity development, and leadership, that are presented to the Youth Coalition with short-notice. In this sense, with a prepared and ready-to-take-action group of young leaders, youth are always encouraged to take part in multiple activities and opportunities that will amplify their voices to achieve the demands and commitments of the Global Youth Statement for Road Safety. 

Besides that, the Talent pools serves as an initial platform for all Youth Coalition’s members to continue taking part in other leadership structures, such as the Regional Leaders, the SDG Champions and the Youth Leadership Board. 

The Talent Pool keeps members close to opportunities related to funding, event participation, capacity development, and leadership. Also, this is the first step for all Youth Coalition members to continue taking part in other  leadership structures.
