The world is beginning to see the true potential and power of the youth. All over the world, young leaders and activists have taken the reigns to push for reform and social change.

Through the Global Youth Coalition for Road Safety, the youth of the world have come together to address one of the biggest threats to their health today; road crashes. Nevertheless, we are aware that youth are also experiencing other key challenges due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, such as access to employment opportunities and quality education.

To keep young road safety leaders and activists from other fields connected, the International Road Federation, in collaboration with the Youth for Road Safety – YOURS, will hold a young professionals e-summit on 30 September 2020, 2pm CEST (UTC+2).

The summit will be anchored on the IRF Young Professional Program. The program is defined by the IRF as β€œa platform for the next generation of leaders and specialists in the road and mobility sector to propose initiatives and share ideas and engagement with the overall activities of the IRF”.

Panelists from different countries and backgrounds will come together to talk about the power of the youth and some innovative ideas on how to access job opportunities in the field of road safety and safe mobility in spite of the current situation.

The E-Summit will also provide a platform for young entrepreneurs from other fields of expertise that have accessed decent jobs for youth.

Connect with young leaders and advocates and get to know about their employability strategies on the ground! Join the IRF Young Professionals Summit by registering!
