The Global Youth Coalition for Road Safety celebrated its fourth anniversary last 7 July 2024.

Since its inception in July 2020, the Youth Coalition has empowered youth from across the globe to stand for road safety, sustainable mobility, and meaningful youth participation. It has supported youth improve their advocacy skills with tools created specifically for youth, implemented capacity development initiatives supported by the YOURS Academy, and created a space where they can connect with peers and make impactful changes on the ground.

As of publication fate, the Global Youth Coalition has 2,307 members from 129 countries. Each youth leader who makes up the Youth Coalition is an important part of its journey to keep roads safer for youth and other vulnerable road users.

As a member of the Youth Coalition, young people have access to information and resources that can improve their knowledge and advocacy skills as road safety advocates and volunteers. These opportunities for growth and development are available for all young people who are members of the Global Youth Coalition for Road Safety.
